Tasting characteristics: Light golden color with exotic intensity of floral aromas, great complexity and presence of ripe peach and apricot. The aromas of French oak are perfectly integrated composing a rich and creamy bouquet of vanilla aromas with a very long aftertaste.
Perfect accompaniment to: Risotto with white truffle, chicken or pork cooked with fruit, fried mullet, creamy cheeses and Asian and ethnic dishes.
