The aristocratic variety Moschato in combination with the cosmopolitan variety Syrah needed only a few hours to stay with the marcs to give this extremely pale rosé effect, with explosive aromas of cherry, rose and a soft note of green apple.

In the mouth it is rich with very good acidity and balance, but also an intense aromatic aftertaste.
