Aging: 12 months in selected French oak barrels, with an additional 12 months in bottle. Tasting characteristics: An aging wine with a rich, round flavor and subtle elements of vanilla, mocha and wood.


Its aftertaste is characterized by a taste balance, ripe structured tannins with a particularly long duration. Ideal accompaniment: Red meats, lamb, roast duck, game and soft mature cheeses.


It is recommended to pour it at least one hour before serving.

Serving temperature: 7-9°C
